Laser hair removal, microneedling, peels and LED are courses, not one-offs. Pay once, book each session when it's due. No prescription treatments are sold as a series.

Laser and IPL need a patch test and a suitability check at your first session; if a treatment turns out not to be suitable for you, the series is refunded in full.

How series work

Pay once, book as you go

  1. Choose and pay. By Interac e-Transfer (3% off) or card. You get a series code that starts with AP.
  2. Book each session. On the booking page, tick "I have a series code" — or use the "Book with my series" link in your email. No deposit to pay.
  3. Keep the spacing. We'll email you when the next session is due — laser at four to six weeks, microneedling at four.
  4. Keep track. Your email and My account show how many sessions are left.

Series terms

  • RefundsNone once started — except in full if the first session shows the treatment isn't suitable for you.
  • ReschedulingAny session can move to a new date with 48 hours' notice — it isn't lost.
  • CancellingA session cancelled at least 48 hours ahead goes back on your series.
  • Patch testLaser and IPL need one at your first session.
  • Valid12 months from payment. Each series is one specific treatment.
  • PrescriptionsNever sold as a series. Booked one at a time, after consultation.
