Our approach
Assessment before appointment
A lot of clinics let you book a prescription treatment from a phone at midnight and meet the person prescribing it in the chair. We don't. A prescriber assesses you first, in person, and writes the directive; only then is the treatment booked.
It takes one more visit. It also means nobody here is ever treating someone they haven't assessed, which is what the College of Nurses of Ontario's aesthetic services guideline asks of every nurse in this building.

Designations you can check
NP and RN as on the CNO register; MD and CCFP as on the CPSO register. We don't use "expert", "master" or "specialist" for anyone. If you'd like to look a provider up, ask and we'll tell you where.
No tips, no testimonials
Nurses should not solicit or accept tips, so we don't take them. Physician-led clinics shouldn't publish testimonials, so we don't ask for reviews or show any. Before-and-after photos aren't on this site at all.

Your information
What we ask for, and where it goes
The booking form asks for your name, email, mobile, and whether you've had a consultation with us. That's all. Your medical history, medications, allergies and consent are collected at the clinic through a secure intake tool built for personal health information, and kept in your clinic record — never in an email, never in this website's booking system.
Booking records are kept for three years, as Ontario's personal-service regulation requires; clinical records are kept for far longer under the medical director's obligations. See the privacy policy for the details.
