7 Price & payment

I understand the $50 consultation is paid in full to book and comes off my first treatment, that treatments are confirmed once my 50% deposit (or the full amount if I choose that) is paid, and that prescription treatments are only carried out after a consultation and a prescriber's assessment. Deposits are refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee with at least 48 hours' notice; with less notice, or if I miss my appointment, they're kept. Rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead keeps my deposit for the new time. Booking terms Please agree to the booking terms to book.

Paying by e-Transfer (3% off)? We'll email and text you the details. Paying by card? You'll go straight to a secure payment page after booking. Using a series code, or booking a free consultation? Nothing to pay now. We only use your details for your appointment; your clinic record is kept separately.
