The booking form asks only what scheduling needs. Medical history and consent are collected at the clinic through a secure intake tool, never through a web form that lands in an inbox.

Choose a treatment and any add-ons. You'll see the total, how long we need the room, and the deposit that holds it.
The $50 consultation is paid in full to book and comes off your first treatment at the clinic. Treatments take a 50% deposit, refunded minus $25 with 48 hours' notice. Free consultations need nothing.
Paying by Interac e-Transfer takes 3% off the whole appointment. Prescription treatments are listed by name, price and quantity; whether one is right for you is decided at your consultation, not on this page.

The clinic
Built to help you follow the 2026 rules
The College of Nurses of Ontario's aesthetic services guideline (June 2026), the CPSO's advertising policy and Health Canada's rule on advertising prescription drugs all shape how a clinic like this one is allowed to present itself. This site was built with those in front of us.
So: no testimonials, no before-and-after photos, no benefit claims beside a prescription drug, every provider named with their designation, the medical director named, no tips for nurses, and no medical history through a web form. We're not lawyers; the medical director confirms every page before it goes live.
How it works

Consult
Book a $50 consultation with a nurse practitioner or nurse, or a free 15-minute video call to see whether it's worth coming in. Times are live from our calendar.

Assess
At the clinic: history, goals, a plan, and — for prescription treatments — the prescriber's assessment and directive. Intake and consent are done here, securely.

Treat
Book the treatment online with the plan agreed. A 50% deposit holds the room; the rest, less your consultation fee, is paid at the clinic.

Follow up
A reminder the day before, and a nudge when a laser or skin course is due. Nothing that names a prescription drug is ever sent as marketing.

Questions we hear most
Can I book a treatment straight away?
Laser, light and skin treatments, yes. Prescription treatments are booked after a consultation with one of our nurses, because a prescriber has to assess you first. If you book one before that, we'll convert it to a consultation and let you know.
Why is the consultation paid?
Consultations are the appointment most often missed, and each one takes a nurse away from treating. The $50 is paid to book and comes off your first treatment at the clinic. The 15-minute video consultation is free.
Who will I see?
A nurse practitioner or registered nurse for consultations and injectables, a medical aesthetician for laser and skin treatments, and our medical director, a physician, for reviews. Each is listed on the providers page with their designation.
Where do I fill in my medical history?
At the clinic, through our secure intake tool — never in the booking form or by email. The booking form asks only your name, contact details and whether you've had a consultation with us.
